So sorry it's been so long since I've blogged. I guess I've been in a blog rut as well. School is finally winding down! Two finals down, two to go! Cross Sectional Anatomy was by far my toughest class this semester and I believe that I pulled an A!!! I cannot believe that I'm finally going to start clinicals in the summer. It's gone by so incredibly fast and I'm so ready to actually start doing ultrasounds and feel that I'm going to school for what I want to do for a career.

Speaking of career, I lost my job at the clinic, or let's rephrase that, I got "let go". Do I miss it? Yes and no. Most of the girls that work there are amazing girls and I loved working with them, but the environment was not the best. I wish all of them the best and hopefully all to a new job soon enough! haha I am STILL looking for a job in Martin for the next four months, but there is nothing going on there. It's so small and no one has any openings. My poor brother is working at the gas station for crying out loud. So shoot up a prayer for a job opportunity to open up very soon!

I'm moving home on Friday! I'm so ready to have my own room with a big bed and a bathroom I don't have to share! My roommate has been the best roommate I could have ever asked for but when you share a room the size of a small cubicle, you get a little stir crazy! So what's in store for the next four months? Get caught up on reading!! Harry Potter has been put on the back burner, 6 and 7 here I come. And I've been dying to read the new Jon and Kate book. Any other suggestions besides Twilight??

Anyway I probably won't be posting again til after Christmas so Merry Christmas!!

6 more weeks left of this semester! It is flying by so fast. I'm sure staying as busy as I am is helping. I'm looking for a job in Martin for next semester. I get a break from school while I'm waiting on my clinical date which in Summer 2009! I am so ready to feel like I'm actually doing something productive that's a part of my major! I got to see an ECHO dictation today at work, which was very exciting! We just learned the whole thorax in Cross Sectional Anatomy so I actually understood most of everything he was showing me :) Everyone is telling me that I won't be able to work while I'm in clinicals but I'm pretty tough. I know I can do it!


The long distance thing with Walt and I is going so well! I'm amazed how we just pick right back up everytime we see each other. He is so wonderful and treats me like a princess! I'm very lucky to have him in my life!

This is us on my 21st birthday back in August. He took me out for a really nice dinner and drinks! It was so fun! I just got a digital camera last night or I'd have more pictures on here from then. But Halloween weekend is fast approaching and I'll definitley have more pictures from events now on!
